Senior UX Lead  January – August 2015

The ambitions for Dove 2.0 were to broaden the communication around their web offering to create an ecosystem that’s savvy to both entry point and content topic. The idea was twofold: to contextualise on/off-site narrative as well as creating landing pages for popular search terms. The creation of user journeys drove the detailing of stories that then powered the definition and development of site structure and content granularity. Sketching helped shade in content areas while Axure prototype to detail out interaction models.

“I had the great pleasure of working with Paul for several months this year. It was a particularly demanding project with constantly shifting parameters and wildly different expectations from multiple clients.

Throughout, Paul displayed thoughtfulness and level-headed approach to every task asked of him and a dedication to his job that saw him work many late nights and early mornings. His work was of a consistently high calibre and despite often having to work on his own due to lack of team leadership he never failed to deliver.

This can-do attitude is one of Paul’s many professional strengths, but the fact that he is also a seriously bloody nice chap (with an encyclopaedic knowledge of guitars) means that he is a delight to work with – especially after a couple of family bags of Haribo! I recommend him without hesitation and would love to have the chance of working with him again in the future.”
